Once you are satisfied with a home plan and its modifications, make an online
payment from your MyGhosla account. You can check available pricing plans
under pricing policy. Also we offer addition services purchase for an ongoing
project from your MyGhosla account if you decide to further upgrade your
purchased plan
Digital signing of the agreement at the time of checkout
Once order is placed a Myghosla Designer is assigned to you. You can interact
with him/her for all your project design and development. Our designers will
review and confirm your requirements and modifications.
Signed hardcopy of agreement to commence project
My Ghosla team will design your Ghosla as per your requirements. Like the home plan but not happy with the elevation? want to add one more floor? Or reduce a bedroom and add Gym/ Pooja Room? Your designer will modify the drawings until they are perfect.
Based on your modification summary and chosen home plan watch your home come to life all online. Modified plans will be submitted for review and approval. Log in to your account to review your detailed home plans. You can interact, review, accept or send a revision all online through our MyGhosla account.
Regular status updates will be shared with you online. Myghosla team will deliver all your drawings in your Myghosla account in digital format. Once all the deliverables are accepted online and the project is complete in all respect you will receive a hardcopy of the same as per our services and delivery policy

We are committed to your Ghosla and will be available for any assistance with respect to design and drawings at any stage during approvals, site execution or any intermediary stages.
